get familiar with music
At our school, we have songs for each of our many events. The songs for the event were written and composed by teachers who have attended the school, and have been sung from generation to generation.
As the seasons change and at turning points in life, children become familiar with songs, enriching their lives. Music is something that is very familiar to us, and we can hear children’s beautiful singing voices in various parts of the school.
In the third semester, we hold a “Farewell Concert” to commemorate the last memories with the 6th graders who are about to graduate. The 1st to 5th grade students express their growth and gratitude to the 6th grade students through songs and performances. The 6th grade students perform the operetta they created and convey the traditions of Oizumi and their own message to their younger students.
